If you pre-pay for a treatment, you can reschedule or transfer the value of the appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please give 36 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Late cancellations/no-shows will be charged a fee of 50% of their treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we reserve the right to deem it a no-show.
